Can't Download Filters

Just purchased the Pro version of Filter Forge 11 and am unable to download filters. When I attempt to do so I am transferred to a web page informing me that Filter Forge is not installed or I need to allow cookies. I click to allow cookies and am transferred back to the original filter page. When I click the filter download button again, nothing happens.

I have tried this in Firefox, Edge, and Google with the same non-results. I have also tried it with Filter Forge open via the most current version of Photoshop and with Filter Forge open in stand-alone mode - with no effect.

Additionally, I have specifically allowed for cookies from filterforge.com with no effect either.

Any suggestions?

Windows might not be associating the files with filter forge. Its a windows thing. A couple of things to check. Using google make sure that the checkbox is checked to allow filterforge.com to open links....

Check your windows apps associations to see if ffxml is listed.

You can also give the built-in browser a try. In the main windows menu of filter forge go to tools-options then in the dialog that pops up go to the online tab. Select to use the build-in library browser and then hit OK.

Then at the top right click on the text in the red circle.

A possible cause is a broken FF installation. Please redownload and reinstall FF from the Download page.
