FF 11.0 won't hold registration

I have just installed the most recent version of FF 11.0 (because I heard that should fix this registration problem), but the problem still exists.

I cannot open FF 11.0 without being asked for registration information.
When I cut n' paste the information, I get slapped for the name or key being too many characters.
When I enter the information by hand it's accepted... until I open FF 11.0 again and then it starts all over because the instant FF 11.0 is closed, it discards the registration info.

This pretty much renders FF 11.0 useless, as I'm not going to enter that damn reg code every friggin' time.

Does anyone know of a fix?

I'm running Win 11.
