I have a fair system AMD a10 2 compute cores, 3.50 GHz, 12 gigs ram.
Many time when I go to apply a filter, the interface disappears, don't seem to be doing anything, or the tiny progess bar that sometimes appears just freezes. Sometimes I just leave it and come back and the filter is applied, sometimes it has done nothing with no sign of filter forge anywhere. Do I need a beefier system? Are there some setting I am missing to make it work? My thanks in advance to anyone who can guide me here, Thanks, Joe hUH? |

Joe, welcome to the forums!
It's best to troubleshoot performance issues on a filter that is known to be fast and stable. Please try rendering this particular filter: https://www.filterforge.com/filters/227.html and check if you still see the freezes/disappearing interface. |
