When I try to install Filter Forge on my new computer, I cut-n-paste the name and key I used when I bought the product and installed it before, but the program says: "license name or key is too long"
Anyone know what's up with this? My license name is in this format: "Aaaa Aaaaa" (4 characters, space, 5 characters) and my key is in this format: "000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000-000000" (11 sets of 6 digits and I tried it without the hyphens too) This is the latest version on Windows 10. |

Keys consisting of 11 sets x 6 digits were only used for Filter Forge 4 (Windows) and not for any other version. You can check your installed version by selecting Help > About, then install FF 4 (Win) from our website:
