Can anyone help? I just bought FF6, plus the Library Backup and Librarian, using Mac OS 10.11.6. I can run FF as a standalone, but I cannot seem to install the plugin into Photoshop. It shows up grayed out. Every method I use to install the plugin fails. The PS plugin-install method crashes Photoshop. When I doubleclick on the "install plugin" within the FF6, folder, it gives me a whole series of "permission denied." I tried copying the entire FF6 folder into the Photoshop/Plugins/Filters folder, as recommended in earlier posts, but that fails too.

Help! I'm feeling ripped off, especially because I bought the whole dang package.

Okay, after a day I figured it out: I was attempting to open up the plugin from a Photoshop smart filter, and FF won't allow that; it grays out the option of opening the plugin. When I try to open the plugin from Photoshop while editing a PSD or RAW file, it opens just fine. But boy, it was difficult to find that information.

Now if I can only figure out how to load all the Library Backup filters into the plugin. The instructions that came with the email are nearly impossible to follow.

Have you installed Librarian? If yes, what are your issues with Librarian?
