Filter Forge not displaying preset filters

Hello <3

I am running the trial version of filter forge downloaded a few days ago - loving it and planning to buy the full version soon, but hoping to figure out all the program's perks before I make that commitment. I'm using the latest version of Photoshop on a win 10 system and for the first day the add on was running really well; I managed to compile some nice images using it.
However, after a break I went back with a new image to mess around with and the preset filters I was previously enjoying had disappeared. I looked everywhere on the window but to no avail. I unistalled and reinstalled Filter Forge but nothing. Here is a screenshot of what the program window looks like when I start to run it. I would really appreciate some help as I've looked around and no-one seems to have the same problem. Please do excuse me if this is a really obvious problem.

I redownloaded Filter Forge as it told me I didn't have it installed. Weird, because like I said I had reinstalled it before. Anyway, after that I downloaded a filter from the online library and it located the rest of the presets. Thanks so much for your help! <3
