I have windows 10, and using Paintshop Pro X and also Paint Shop Pro X9, FF is not found. I have verified that the .8bf file is located in the plugin folder. I receive this error message:
I am trying to attach a screenshot and it will not attach. The error message says "Paint Shop Pro was unable was unable to load the requested plugin-in filter. The plugin may not be installed properly or may be missing files. (Plugin Filter Forge 6.8bf) I have installed hundreds of plugins and don't remember having this issue. thanks for any help.  |

Hi, it seems that at least Paint Shop Pro 9 is supported as shown on the plugins hosts list

FF6 works fine for me in PSPX and PSPX9 on my Win 10 systems. I noticed on install it had my PSP versions sel ected for the Plugin file placement but I cancelled those. After install I copied the 8bf file and the config file fr om the FF Program Files Plugin folder and placed into my own PSP Plugins folder. It appeared in my Effects list and worked. If you are using PSPX9 32 bit, then you need to use the 32 bit FF6 plugin file, not the 64 bit version. |
