Initial Download Failed get_rating_info() failed

Getting this error whenever I try and access an online filter

I know this is an older post but I also had the same problem earlier in the summer and just now saw this post. I found out it was my Norton 360 spyware/firewall that was the problem. I went into my firewall settings for FF and it was on "auto" setting. I changed it to "allow" and I had no problems after that. This happened on my PC (V5 of FF) and my laptop (V4 of FF) on the same day that my Norton program updated, so I got lucky and discovered it really quickly. Don't know if this is the problem you are having or not, but thought I would share in case someone else had this trouble.
