Filter Forge - License Key is Not working (Invalid Format)

DeGarthy carolynmil Posts: 6	I have FF 5 on Windows. I pay $29 every 3 months. Now I cannot use the product as it says my license key is "invalid format". This just happened. Was working fine. I am a little ticked off as my Pay Pal was charged on May 6th (Digital Rivers). I have sent an email to the support team. Not sure when I will hear back, but I need to complete this project this evening.

GMM Moderator Filter Forge, Inc Posts: 3491	You're either trying to register a FF4 installation with a FF5 key, or a Mac version with a Windows key, or something similar â€“ your license key and your program version don't match. If you have a Windows subscription please install the latest stable version for Windows and register it with your latest subscription key.
