PhotoShop CS 5.1 32-bit cannot run Filter Forge 5.0

Hi all,

I just bought FF5 and installed it from their Setup executable file plus registered it duefully. Having Photoshop CS 5.1 both in 32-bit and 64-bit running in Windows 7, I was wondering why I can operate FF5 (i.e. being listed as a plug-in under filters) in Photoshop 64-bit while in Photoshop 32-bit all I get is an error message, that one filter could not be loaded. When checking the System Info file in PS, this is the message I get:

Plug-ins that failed to load:

Filter Forge 5 NO VERSION - - from the file “Filter Forge 5.8bf”

I tried to find any viable solution in the Forum already, but it seems that so many people are having issues with their various versions of PhotoShop that I gave up.

My FilterForge.config file contains these lines:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" ?>
<Configuration>
<Application path="C:\Program Files (x86)\Filter Forge 5\Bin"/>
<IndependentUI value="true"/>
</Configuration>

Does anybody have a clue what to really do to make it work in a 32-bit Photoshop? Thanks for any help!

I am having the same issue with CS 5.1 in CS5.1 system info it says the following

Plug-ins that failed to load:

Filter Forge 5 NO VERSION - - from the file “Filter Forge 5”

Fixed it sooner than I expected. Please reinstall the latest Filter Forge version from the download page.

was this ever fixed?
