Can't submit Filters

I am desperately trying to submit my filter, but I keep seeing the error message. Is that specific to my Filter or is there a problem with filter uploads currently?

There is an odd problem with the library server which allows you to download filters but not to submit them. We're looking into the issue, can't promise anything specific.

The issue should be fixed by now, please try submitting again.

I tried yesterday, still had the problem. Today it worked (from a different machine and a different license) - however, I got a crash after the filter was submitted to the queue. So do you have a filter called "Super Brushed Metal" awaiting approval in your queue?
