Updates category in Librarian not working

Hi,

As far as I understood from having read the 'Updates' category in Librarian is supposed to:
- Librarian contains a dated Library Backup snapshot of the Online Filter Library
- In Filter Forge one can still load filters directly from the Online Filter Library
- If one has downloaded a newer version of a filter then whenever starting Librarian that newer filter should show up in the 'Updates' category of Librarian (Librarian got it from Filter Forge containing the newer version).

Now, when I download a new filter in Filter Forge (Librarian is from december; new filters tried are couple of days old) then I can't get any filter in the 'Updates' category of Librarian. I tried this with Filter Forge 3 filters as well as Filter Forge 4 filters.
Also tried deleting the new filter in Filter Forge but then still no 'backup' left in Librarian. Restarting Filter Forge or Librarian didn't change anything either.

Looks like it's not working at all or I am totally missing something.
