I tried to cash in 3 credits for a free license, but got nothing (shows as cashed in, though.)
I then contacted support on the forum, but that was last week, and I haven't heard anything.
What now?

Actually nevermind -- checked into it, and it was an email problem on my end. I think. At least I got a link to click now...
