Filter has been accepted but the link to it has an ERROR 404 NOT FOUND

Today I have submitted 1 filter update and 2 new filters

The filter update has been updated correctly and is already available

The other 2 new filters did not appear yet, BUT they have been accepted as I have the email of them and the given link to the new filters are showing this ERROR 404 - Page Not Found

For these two filters I got to two email with the following messages

I want to note that this time, this two filters are new ones and not an update.

Don´t worry, will not submit any new filter or update until this can be fixed

I do not want to bother you and really is not urgent, BUT considering that considering that the update to the original filter DID WORK, and now is ONLY available the basic version without the options and features that was found in the full version, AND have seen that my filter is now the first and most popular filter (see the popular tab) I think that is not good that the basic is there alone without having the other better 2 filters.

All 3 were sent on the same friday last week to avoid having FF users having ONLY the basic version, but today is already Tuesday and it seems that there is no fix yet.

And there has been new filters yesterday and today.

Should I try to submit again these two filters?

Thanks GMM will wait until you have a fix, but I wonder why others have submitted filters using FF 3.0 (friday and monday) and they have appeared right in the Filter Library, and the ones I have submitted did not work and the webpage was not created.

I do not know if the problem is with the FF 3.0.15 software, and maybe I should try to use FF 4.0 to submit a filter and see what happens and if it works this way.

Do you want that I try to submit a FF 4.0 filter?

How is it possible that you say that I should not submit any filter because there is a problema with the XML parsing on the server AND then this week have been released 21 NEW FILTERS since monday 20 January, considering that the problems comes since friday 18 January?

So it seems everyone can submit a filter but I can´t do it?

And is not because all of them are from FF 4.0, because there are also for FF 3.0

Sorry GMM but you did not answer my question, I am not asking here that you make it quickly, and I am asking WHY it seems that everybody else can submit filters and you have said that I can´t do it.

Maybe I should open a new account and then I can submit filters again, as anyone else can do it but not me.

When I wrote this there was 21 NEW filtersd, well now there is 38 NEW filters

As said, I think I will open a new account and then be able to submit filters again

When you have written this I have thought that I could not send ANY filter until it was fixed, and that the server would not be able to process any filter, and the real and true thing is that I CAN submit ANY filter that is NOT related to the stripes filter.

I will try on monday as today is already friday and it will not enter to be published and released today.

I have not be able to prepare any filter that is not related to the stripes, as I have others but want to make them right
