hi guys im on the FF trial and i get this error: (inital data download failed. reason:' get_familes_versions_list() failed.'."
it allowed me to download two filters before this happend, any ideas? thanks  |

I just installed the update to FF and got the same message, downloading new filters is impossible, but i can open the script example filters.

Having the same problem but it Sept 2013. I the temporary library server still suffering an outage?

I guess a several minutes' outage in three years is an acceptable rate.

This is only a temporal problem and is solved automatically itself after some time Please see point 3 of this thread below BEFORE Posting an error downloading FF filters PLEASE see this thread |
