Jessie, what OS do you use? Does the issue occur in the plugin or standalone mode? If you use Filter Forge as a plugin, under what host application?

Command Prompt on Windows is the same thing as Terminal on Mac, i.e. he is using the command line renderer.

Please locate the "Filter Forge x86-SSE2.log" file in your temp folder and send it to the support team or post it here.

I search for the log file in "C:\Users\new\AppData\Local\Temp", but there is no "Filter Forge x86-SSE2.log" file. Furthermore, this error does not always occurs.
