Hi FF team, unfortunately I've noticed that FF is acting weird. Here are the steps for comparsion:
1) Create a new filter; 2) Drag & drop the TILES into the workspace without connecting anywhere; 3) The default values will give you a 10x10 squares. Until here it is ok. Now here comes the weird behavior... 1) Now, cancel the previous "new filter" and open the filter Halftone by Zakna; 2) Drag & drop the TILES into the workspace without connecting anywhere; 3) The default values are giving "thousand" x "thousand" squares and aren't respecting the default component values as when creating a new filter. I don't get to set to make 10x10 too. Now, if you try into this filter drag the other patterns such as checker, bricks, pavements, you will get the same. Try also gradients, noises, frame and so on. All them give you weird behavior from their default values. I'm using the hotfix. Cheers, Lucato. |

Check the Size slider. It is set to 9,38 on the default factory preset.

At least half of FF "bugs" can be attributed to that darn slider.

Don't they say: "Know your size"?

Hey folks, I'm sorry for my mistake. I've never noticed that before.
Thanks Crapa for the info. The default slider "Size, pixels" is set to 600. |

Lucato, I was referring to the 'Size, pixels' value of the default factory preset of Zakna's Halftone filter, which is indeed set to 9,38. --- Crapadilla says: "Damn you, stupid redundant feature requests!" ;) |

Yup, I understood what you meant Crapa. I mentioned that when we create a new filter the default is 600 and not 9,38 as in Zakna's Halftone filter.
