From all the news I have seen and from some leaks from Adobe itself, it seems that the Adobe Photoshop CS6 will be released between April-May 2012.

So I am asking if Filter Forge will make it compatible with CS6 on the release date or just after, and if they could be already working on it as they probably have got a pre-release version of CS6 as some companies have already received the data needed of CS6 to be able to prepare all the softwares to be ready and compatible on the release date.

Or perhaps FF will wait AFTER the release of CS6 and see if it is compatible or not and then fix what would be needed ?

I think it would be better to do it BEFORE the release date and not after some time later, if it would be possible.

We've already faced issues with the last-minute changes in the host applications. We had tried adding support for the pre-release version of CS5 – but when the final version was released, Filter Forge failed to install correctly.

This means we will wait for the official release of CS6 and then add support for it ASAP. I hope it won't require more than a couple of days for us.

Assuming most users won't upgrage to CS6 the same day it's out, I think a couple of days wouldn't hurt anyone smile:)

He! He! I still use CS4, so no problem. I was thinking to buy CS5, but I guess I will wait.

My favorite is CS2. The last classic photoshop.
Ever since CS3 they changed the GUI, and started making tools that do the work for you. Now EVERYBODY is a photoshopper...
Kinda like what happaned with digital cameras... Suddenly EVERYBODY's a photographer.

I hope I can adapt myself to the new GUI, last time it took me about 3 years, and I still don't like it.
