I have received a email from FF to upgrade FF to the latest FF version released in January 2012.

I have a suggestion to the FF website designer

When you go to the FF download in the website, there is NO information on what is the latest version that is available, I mean that it shows ONLY "Download 3.0" or "Filter Forge 3".

Please, could be possible to have a very little more information added to the page and put the actual and latest version TOO?

Instead of just putting Download FF3.0, I think it would be very good and useful to have the FF 3.0.x VERSION in the download page, I mean if it is FF 3.0.6 or any other.

DOWNLOADED FILE CHANGE NAME

Another suggestion is also that would be good to change also the name of the downloaded file with the latest version

Instead of putting just "Filter Forge 3 Setup" it would be good to rename it to "Filter Forge 3_0_6 Setup" this would help when you reinstall OR if there is a newer version.

Thanks very much

UPDATE:

I have seen that FF uses MORE than just the 3.0.6

As the full version is 3.006.22568.34466 smile:?: smile:?:

I think that in my opinion It would be much easier to use 3.06, 3.0.7 or 3.0.8 OR 3.0.60 , 3.0.64, 3.0.76

I do not know why is needed such a huge number for marking the version, but is up to FF to decide how they want to do it

Thanks for the suggestion – we've added the version number above the download button.
