I have Filter Forge Pro 2 version.I decided to upgrade to FF 3 pro and i find they want me to pay an additional 150 dollars + for the upgrade?
Wow i thought the upgrade was 60 dollars.Why so much? Rod

Glad for you if you pass to FF3. But I do not think that 60% less give a 150.$
I had FF2 Pro and after Christmas, I just had to pay nearly 60.$. So check your business. You do not have to pay more then 57.$ (tax included). Have a nice weekend Rod  visit https://gisoft.ca |

As far as I know the reduced price is not always shown in the REQUEST form, and when you are requesting to upgrade you are NOT buying it already, they have to send you the link and confirmation to buy after verification, and is there where the real price will appear.
I upgraded recently from FF 2 Pro to FF 3.0 Pro and paid around 59$ I think as I do not know very well, but surely not 150$ UNLESS you do NOT have the FF 2.0 Professional version, and even then upgrading from basic 2.0 to Pro 3.0 is about 119$. Please, the screenshot below for the upgrade prices and then SUBSTRACT THE 60% DISCOUNT of these.  |

Rod_D I think that probably it is because the 60% is NOW only for NEW full versions and NOT for upgrades.
This have also happened before, that sometimes the discount is ONLY for new versions and sometimes is for BOTH new and upgrade. I have seen also that FF have CHANGED the banner that appears on the right of the page "Upgrade to version 3.0", before inside the banner was put get 60% discount and now says nothing about it. So I am very sorry for you, but I think you will need to wait until FF decides to give again the discount for upgrades. I do not why they are offering the discount for NEW version and not for upgrades, but as said, this have happened before also with FF 2.0 |

I think that for upgrading you will have to wait until FF Inc. decides to put put again an upgrade discount offer.
Now it has finished the 60% discount and is back to normal price for everything. Although I really do not know how much will it take that this happens. I also wanted to tell you, that when I bought my upgrade, the discounted price was already available and shown on the price list BEFORE making the upgrade request. 
If you see this screenshot from above, the upgrade price shows full price, so you have to wait this same request upgrade shows the discoounted price. |
