Yesterday evening, I went to upgrade FF2 Standard to FF3 Standard. I filled out the form and received the your request is being processed etc. message. I figured it would be an automatic process and within a half an hour at most I'd receive some sort of confirmation email or something (usually thats a pretty standard time from for me).
So being that I still haven't received anything, I guess it is something that is manually processed and I should expect a response on Monday? This is not a complaint, I'm just wondering if anyone who has done this sort of thing outside of normal US business hours has received a timely reply, or have they had to wait until the next business day. Just wondering and thanks in advance for any answers. PS-Happy Holidays |

Hi McGyver
I think you have to wait the next business day. Do not forget christmas Hollydays, so the next business day maybe on tuesday. I'm not sure, it is depending of the vacations duration of FF team. ![]() visit https://gisoft.ca |

When I upgraded it actually took several days.
I guess it also depends on how busy the powers that be are ![]() |

Yeh, at this time, I would figure at least Monday or Tuesday as it is Christmas Eve
![]() ![]() I searched my computer regedit and could not find it. I know some programs store it in there but no trace of Filter Forge in regedit that I could find and About does not give it either. Most programs I have do not reveal the key number in the About display anyways so I did not expect to find it here but looked anyways. So I am just waiting for a response, hoping they send me my Key in time to get the 60% off. ![]() Our cells are geeky nerds. They read and transcribe data 24/7 to build and maintain our bodies. Hmm... I wonder where all that code came from? |

Thanks for the replies. So I guess this is a manual thing, so no problem. I just did not want to resend the request and mess everything up.
Happy holidays everyone! |

For me it has taken two working days (well, I am not sure if it was one or two) to arrive the email with the link to pay for the upgrade, and then after paying I was given inmediately the activation key.
Yes, as far as I know this is a manual thing made by hand by FF inc. and you can´t buy the upgrade directly, must wait to send the request and then when you get the answer by email you can pay for it, and this does not work on weekends, only working week days. Also if you do it on friday, most probably you will not get it until monday or perhaps tuesday. By the way, I suposse that if this was on December 24, you should have already got the answer already. |
