Upgrading to pro

I think that the best thing you can do is to send again the request for the upgrade, as they will not charge you for making it.

I suposse that you have written right your email and have used the same email and the licence name that you have used to buy the FF 3.0 Standard, and have put right the licence number, so when they check it in the database it will appear quickly.

You can send it again now and on monday or tuesday perhaps you can have the answer.

I do not remember exactly, but when I upgraded to 2.0, I think that the answer was about two days.

Did you already had an answer and have been able to upgrade to FF 3.0 Pro ?

I want to upgrade to FF 3.0 PRO from FF 2.0 PRO, but I need to wait to get the money to do it, and now I can´t use FF 3.0 anymore as the trial has ended

BUt I hope that soon I will be able to upgrade and continue using FF 3.0
