Where can I find my preorder FF3 Key (FF support hasn't replied yet)

I preordered FF3 Pro several months back, and I don't recall being provided a key at the time, so I figured I would be emailed one when the full version of FF3 became available, but no luck. I now have FF3 installed as a demo, and the trial time is running out.

I've looked through my email, checked the preorder receipt, and searched everywhere else I can think of, but I can't find a key.

I sent a message to FF support more than a week ago, but I haven't heard back fr om them. I assume they're just dealing with a lot of mail since FF3 just came out.

Anyway, I finally figured I'd ask on the forums in case anyone else is having the same issue, or knows wh ere you go to get the FF3 key when you preorder it.
