Serial doesn't work on FF3 Mac version, no answer from FF support...

... so let me try my luck here. Maybe with this I get your attention.

Last week, right after FF3 was released I bought two FilterForge licenses from my six reward points. One of them I use for my own FilterForge copy on Windows, the other was supposed to be as a gift for my wife who wants to use FilterForge on her Mac, after she waited months until FF3 was finally released.

My serial worked fine but when we tried to register her copy on her Mac it failed just telling us that the serial is invalid. We tried it several times.

I wrote two times to the FilterForge support by now without getting any answer back about this. Quite frankly so far I'm rather disappointed by the customer service here. Please invalidate the old serial if you must and provide us a new, working one.

If you have done, have you not had any answer since one month ago ?

Perhaps you could email again and ask again for a new key.
