Just learning about filters so this may be a beginner question. I have a need to use filters in such a way that I can apply a reverse filter to recover the original image. Can someone please point me to one of these filters.
thanks |

Well one just can't have a reversible filter without knowing what they are reversing....
![]() ![]() The effect to be reversed might have to be specific to that filter that creates the effect....Or depending on how you are using Filter Forge you can always use "undo" or "Cancel"... ![]() ![]() Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

Yeah, check back in 10 years ha-ha. The 'star bellied sneetches effect' will have kicked in (in the other direction) by then I'm guessing. Audio is getting there now with apps like Melodyne and such, but graphics and video still have a (farther) ways to go to undo fx and layering applied to them.

I made a filter that blends noise over an image, and then undoes the blend.
Click "Undo" to see what I mean. (opacity must be >0) Undo Blend (Normal).ffxml |
