Lacy Filter Wish

Hi. I use filters in layering my artwork and I would wish there was a frame that created an old fashioned lace sort of edge around an image. It might be like crocheted lace or lace from simple to fancy and might select color and amount of shadow in the cutout parts.

There are so many cool filters but there seem to be fewer to select that have a 'feminine' point of view. I wish I had time or inclination to learn to make my own filters but that's not going to happen. I bet I'm not the only one looking for such things as ribbon, lace, floral or other such filter options.
