Does anyone have any tips on advertising one's filters? I posted links on both my art sites and all I got was *cricket cricket.* I thought I'd be able to rely on my watchers for at least a few hits but I guess not.
I really want this program and I really really don't want to drop over 300$ for it. If it comes right down to it, I probably will but I'm going to try like hell to get it for free if I can. I just need some tips on good methods for getting my stuff out there. Any suggestions? ~Bobbie I am fairly certain I would shoot myself in the face with a volcano if I couldn't do art. |

Yeah, what Totte said. Make awesome filters people want to use.
I'd just add that the best advertisement for filters is the "Editors Pick". All my filters that have gone EP get downloaded several times more per month than my non-ep ones, and go High Use (HU) much earlier. |

Another option: you can register as our affiliate and promote Filter Forge as you already do. Only 4 sales made by people referred by you will yield up to $320 in commission.
