Hello all,

I am loathe to post something this mundane, I purchased the software yesterday and have the email confirmation with my user name and product key and have tried multiple times since then to activate the registration. Copied and pasted it multiple times, restarted my system and tried again and still I get the dreaded "invalid license name or key". Sent an email yesterday to support and haven's heard anything back, so am I just a fluke or is there a waiting period before I can use the application that I willingly paid for?

Any help appreciated and thanks for taking the time to read this.

One common problem is that the Mac OS X and Windows versions have different serial numbers, also version 1.0 and 2.0.
It might be the wrong combination (was friday 13th yesterday remember).

FF team will be back monday i guess.

cheers and welcome aboard the fun world of filterforging!

Thanks and I am a pc myself. Not a big issue but a little irritating and a bit of an inconvenience but these things happen from time to time. As a site admin on a gaming web site I am quite aware of what can go wrong and have found that it usually will go wrong.

Thanks for the welcome and I have enjoyed using some of your filters, you do some nice work.

Thanks for the slap in the face, it is the first thing that I did. Still waiting for a response.

Perhlaps you should have read my second post.

"As a site admin on a gaming web site I am quite aware of what can go wrong and have found that it usually will go wrong. "

Yes, but that should be plainly stated that support is only Monday through Friday if problems arise.

There is no mention of this when you purchase the product, nor in the emails that you receive confirming your purchase. Nor is there any mention of specific hours of operations for support anywhere on this page:

http://ccc.shareit.com/ccc/index.html...11ae773a14

Love the product, it is an awesome tool as a standalone or as an addon for PS.

Which I will be sure to mention when I finish writing my product review for the community of gamers and game builders that I am a member of.

It is just a small site of no great import, we only have 1.7 million members world wide. Just modding and building a better game world environment.

My profile there:

I have send a second reqluest for information/assistance.
