I just bought an expensive subscription. I cannot access the filter downloads--I keep getting an error message that I cannot connect to the server. What's the problem?

Works fine for me....
 
The server burps once in a while and this does not last for long... Stupid things happen to computers for stupid reasons at stupid times! |

Thanks for the response. I've been trying constantly for 2 days and can't get anywhere. I spent some serious money on this product and I can't use it. Good to know that it is working for you, though. At least that eliminates the possibility the server is down...I think.

In this thread ZenModel gave an update stating that his firewall was preventing him from downloading filters and he is looking for a solution on his end.
