I've waited to see if the 40% discount would apply to upgrades (from a lower to higher version) but it never has.
Are there any plans to offer this kind of discount? |

Hello,
I am sorry to tell you that the upgrade offer has already been in June, since the 7 of June that was the preorder until the 30 of June that was released the Filter Forge 2.0 Now the offer is only to buy the new version. I had Filter Forge 1 Professional and upgraded with the special offer to 2.0 for 79$ Here is the news appeared in June Additionally, new licenses for Filter Forge 2.0 and upgrades from Filter Forge 1.0 to Filter Forge 2.0 are currently available for preorder at a special price – you can save up to $170. The offer is valid until the commercial release of Filter Forge 2.0 in late June 2010 Here is the full news and links to the upgrade http://www.filterforge.com/more/news/1016.html Although now you have to pay the normal price for upgrade. You could wait until the 40% discount that have only 3 days left and see if after that they would make a new offer for upgrades. |

I know about the June offer as I purchased FF1 in that period.
Maybe Vladimir or someone else on the FilterForge staff could offer definitive answer? Thanks Richard |

But STILL no discount for upgrading Basic v2 to a higher version, as my original post asked?

Your original post was about
— so I assumed you were speaking of upgrading your old 1.0 version to a newer 2.0 version. So, do you want to upgrade to the Standard or to the Professional edition? |

Yes - my original message is ambiguous - I'd meant from a lower to a higher package within version 2.
I'm interested to know how much it would be to upgrade Basic 2 to Pro 2. Thanks Richard |
