Hi - just tried to download some filters and found out that the 2.0 beta is no longer valid. I did fill out the form on this site to pre-order 2.0, but I just checked that email account and I don't see any acknowledgement of that pre-order request, any instructions for making a payment for the updated version, or any information at all from FF about it. While the current 40% discount is nice, I did fill-out the pre-order form to get the 50% discount.
I'm posting this in the forum because I don't trust that the "Contact Us" fill-in form will work properly.
(I did check my email spam folder and there was nothing from FF there).

Please provide your full name, email and the order number so that we can search our preorders database.
(I fail to understand why you trust the forums more than the contact form. If you wish you can post the required info here.)

It's not that I trust the forums more, it's just that since the contact form request apparently went missing, I figured that someone would at least see the post about the problem.
Thanks for your response and I'll use your contact form to send you the information.

I do not trust web based forms. I get a sense of dread every time I am presented with one. I know I have only a small chance of it working. Plus, I find it suspicious that a company feels a need to avoid paper trails. If there is any advantage to a form it is not to the customer. @ronviers

I did use the contact form to send the requested information on the 2nd. If possible, would you give me a head's up in this thread when an email is sent to me? I want to make sure that your emails are actually coming through. Thanks.

I've got the same problem.
I bought and paid for the pre-order of version 2 and have been receiving all the updates until the final one that just came out (208). It has taken me 4 queries to find out why mine isn't working and they are telling me now that I bought version 1.
If that's the case then why have I been getting all the updates for version 2 and why does my old copy say version 2? I'm being ripped off and not happy about it.

To either the email address that came up pre-filled in on your contact form that I submitted to FF on the 2nd with the information you requested, or the email address that I included in the body of that request, along with my name and order number.

When I opened up your Contact Us site, the submission form was already pre-filled with "DownTheShore" as my name, and my current email address-of-record. In the body of the form I also included my real name, under which the original purchase was made.
However, I have since received an email from Victoria verifying my upgrade request and my entitlement to the discount, so all is okay and I've purchased the upgrade and it seems to have installed properly.
