Do you mean Element5 / ShareIt, the ecommerce provider we're using?

Stellar -- sorry, no PayPal yet. This is requested often, so we're looking for a way to accept PayPal. The problem with ShareIt is the switching costs and too much dependencies -- moving away to a different billing is not a matter of weeks, it will take at least a month, I'm afraid.
(I've forwarded this thread to our support.)

Yes, try to order again via IE, as Targos suggests. Make sure you allow their popups when it asks you.

Thanks Vladimir your company support already replied to my e-mail,they have already follow up the problems with share-it.
I think the problems is not with the browser, because as normal in the middle of the purchase share-it always open a small pop-up,and the order seems processed normally then at the end of the order they said it needs around 4 hours or worst 24 hours to process,i just don't get all of the many years i have been ordering using them, they always makes international order harder, not only i am wasting time but as in my line of work i need filterforge,i have no other choice.

Ok the payment problem already settled now, waiting for the key ,the problem was in my end,the fluctuation of my currency rate is the cause of declined,it's only needs additional 0.50$ .The merchant still needs much improving their processing time.

Share-it also has the world's worst policies for paying commissions to affiliates. We've been owed $47 for about three years now for FF sales. They won't settle up if the amount is less than $100. The result is that they will always end up keeping part of what is owed an affiliate. Fred Weiss

@Sign-Guy: Thats why I asked FF if it was possible to trade those affiliate money for HU-points, but I never got any answer. I've only got $19 since February this year, but it is still money I will probably never see as I wont get $100 in the foreseeable future... - I never expected the Spanish inquisition

I would suggest implementing both Paypal and Visa..... Visa has a very wide global acceptance, instant conversion, and instant transactions..... Steve

I agree completely. While you may be located in Russia, you also have a Virginia address which, along with a U.S. bank account, would enable you to be set up with PayPal and/or an online processor such as Authorize.Net in less than a week ... and at much more attractive rates.
In my case, I removed the Filter Forge affiliate banner because it wasn't producing enough revenue and I have more than enough paying advertisers that I needed the space for them. I long ago wrote off the $47 but figured that the FF Team might not realize that Share-It reflects badly on their reputation.

We're incorporated in the USA, so theoretically it shouldn't be a problem for us to establish our own merchant account and payment gateway, but that still is a damn lot of work (e.g. migrating our old customer database will be a nightmare.)

@Sign Guy and Totte: we can agree on paying you your affiliate commission directly, bypassing ShareIt. This won't help you get the owed money from ShareIt but you will be able to get further commission from us directly. Please contact the support team if you're interested.
