Carl c r v a Posts: 7289 Filters: 82	I noticed some newbies submitting filters for V2, if they are trying to earn the program I would imagine they are better of submittting V1 filters, as the usage of v2 is odviously small and if FF hasn't changed the ratio of usage to gain Hu's it gonna be a long time before they will go Hu visit http://www.carlrolfeart.com/

I am aware of this and I also expect -- although I did not read that on the website -- that it would take a very long time to go HU even in V1, would'nt it. I guess, it would be unrealistic for me to expect HU anytime soon, if anytime at all. Probably it was easier at the beginning, when the library was empty. What is your experience or assessment on this? As far as I know V2 is not elligible for HU at the moment. I just tested V2 because GMM advised me to do that. Great lighting devices! For the rest I could practice in V1 for a while, before I grasp even a fraction of the possibilities. Let the children play. :-)

Indigo Ray Adam Posts: 1442 Filters: 82	Ilmeni and others newcomers, I'm not sure if anyone has gotten an HU in V2 yet, but don't get discouraged. I got my first HU months after I submitted the filter, and I'm sure there are many more V2 users than most of you suspect. If you keep practicing making filters and submitting them, you're bound to get at least 1 HU.

As Craig said, do good filters and you'll get Hu's and Indigo said it can take a month or two .......... it's not that hard to get Hu's with a bit of effort, look at the filter that are popular and stay away from Alien blob type, good luck visit http://www.carlrolfeart.com/
