From 2.0 to 1.0?

I was debating where to place this question, I think I selected the correct forum.

I recently made an awesome filter with the help of Carl, who I consulted about its submission, however I cant transfer it from 2.0 to the 1.0 version, it is all in the old format, no new 2.0 stuff used. So my question is... how do I move it? Can I even move it? Is it a new filetype that isnt compatible with 2.0? I could go on, but I would probably just start confusing people. Can it be moved or do I need to remake it?

The only thing you can do is to try to manually edit the XML. If it doesn't use new features introduced in V2.0, such porting should be possible.

"Features." That was the word I was looking for, anyhow I submitted it, I just re-did the whole thing by hand, ye for the "print screen shot" button. The filters very, very slow on V1.0, but im not complaining. Thanks for the quick response Vlad.
