BackUp CD question/refund

Hi Im new here so sorry if its a double post. I've been using Filter Forge Basic for a couple of weeks and I love it. I also ordered the CD thinking it would have most of if not all of the 6000 filters on it. It did not. Basically to me this is a waist of 15 dollars since all it had on it was the same installer I downloaded after placing my order. Also the CD did not work on my Mac, it wouldn't read it, I then put it in my PC to see what was on it. Thats when I got really disappointed cause I saw all it had on it was the Mac .DMG. Any way I could get a refund for only the CD.


Also is there any easy way to download all the other filters in one easy archive or something?

You should have ordered this product instead. I'd try contacting FF via the contact tab and ask them to ship you a freebie of this. I'm sure they'd rather have the 15 bucks and only be out one cd.

That said: I strongly recommend you DON'T dump all 6000 filters into your directory. It will make finding filters pretty difficult. I would rather recommend that you simply navigate via the website and just download filters as you need them.

Also: The mac and PC editions are purchased separately, you don't buy one and get both.

Thanx for your response and suggestions. smile:) Yeah I know that Mac and PC are separate purchases I wanted the Mac version, which I got/am using. See when I placed my order the site was a bit confusing cause it said the library backup was electronic not physical and that the backup cd contained the everything that you purchased so I assumed the flitter library would be on it.
