Quotes.

The quotes on the side are awesome, while they hard to read them all... (CSS = random quotes code) I keep enjoying the ones that name specific filters, and I find myself thinking, go crapadilla, or 3d, or krae, or many of the other various users. So my question is, has any of you found some that relate to them, or could relate to them? Id like to see if you guys can find em.

IE: "The Filter Forge Watercolor filter is so realistic that it’s scary. It is soooooooo GREAT! Trust me, you definitely need to check this out."

actually, they could be referring to northernshadow's watercolor. her's came before kochubey's. both are very good

and if you want quotes, vlad, go to retouchpro and look at some of mine regarding filter forge. several folks over there are now using FF, besides me and byRo.

You've got some pretty stellar names up there: Russell Brown is like a pshop god.

btw: I know a lot of artists (not just digital painters) who subscribe to Imagine FX magazine. Have you tried to get a review there? FF would be great for a lot of those people. It also ships w/ a CD: you could get a couple of the freepacks on there and get FF in the hands of people who might not otherwise know about it.

Okay.....don't be hating .....but I don't like the sticky quotes on the side.....kinda cheesy.....unprofessional....self-promoting like alot of wanna-be, sub-par programs do to fish for "less-than-intelligent" customers who will believe anything.....like fabricated accolades. Personally, when I see that done.....true or not.....I immediately move on with thoughts of "scam" or "desperation to make sales on a sub-optimal program".....

I would suggest using that space on the left hand side of the screen as a sticky menu to improve site navagation, etc.....letting the professionalism of the site speak for the program. Just my unsolicited opion on it.....

That's why the quotes come with real names. People who think it's a scam can just ask the quoted people directly -- and we encourage that by providing a link with each quote.

Of course it is of interest -- please post others. I've seen this review before (probably thanks to your post), and I've skimmed through it again, and the possible problem with it is that the guy who wrote it has no linkable site. We're currently looking this up.

How about just a program "Reviews" tab added between the "Filter Forge Homepage" and "Filters" tabs??? If tab space is a problem, the "Filter Forge Homepage" tab could be shortened to just "Home".....

or even better if those being quoted also showed some of their works.
