Lucato, I can see what you are thinking, but that's not the way the curves work.
You have drawn them as if they were 2-dimensional images, while they are in fact one-dimensional (..er. ![]() For a two-dimensional image there would be some value, which can vary both by x (horizontal) and by y (vertical), the difference here is that there is only one dimension (x) and one resultant variable which is the value (height) of the curve at any point x. In your example, the top curve represents 0.75x, and the bottom curve is 0.75(1-x). Addition: 0.75x + 0.75(1-x) = 0.75 Subtraction: 0.75x - 0.75(1-x) = 1.5x - 0.75 Multiplication: 0.75x X 0.75(1-x) = 0.5625 (x - x2) Don't know if this helps or confuses more. ![]() Rô _________________________________

Well, I'll need to study a little. ![]() Well Rô, to work the way I though, It needs to be a new component called 'Combine' as I've posted here. Let's implement that FF team. ![]() Cheers, Lucato. |
