FL: View Popular Filters 1st

Hi folks, in the Filter Library (FL), we can select 'View Popular Filters First'. Is it working?
If I change to 'Recent Filters First', It doesn't make difference in the results window.
Are the Popular view based on the # of downloads?
If don't we would have a sort also as 'View/Sort by most downloaded'.

The sorting is based on the Usage Rank:

"Usage Rank does affect the sorting of filters in the Filter Library, but in a very careful way: only filters ranked Low are moved to the bottom of the list, while the filters ranked High and Average stay at the top together. This helps avoid "the rich get richer" effect when high-ranked filters occupy the top of the list and become even more popular just because they prevent new filters from getting enough exposure."

I see. Nice explanation and system. I forgot that 'Usage Rank reflects real usage, not the number of votes or downloads. It is based on how often people use (apply or save) a particular filter.'

Anyway, don't you think that would be interesting to get to sort also for te most downloaded? Besides that, when we use 'Search', would be interesting to get to use 'view' and sort the results in the seach folder too.
