Hi, I am just about to purchase the Basic edition of FF, but need clarification on one point.

On the 'Buy' page, it says that the Basic edition does not provide "Ability to modify existing filters". What exactly does that phrase mean. For example, would I be able to change the colors on a preset of a filter, etc?

I ask, because I have never yet come across any plugin that does not provide such a simple option.

In other words, would I be stuck with using the filter presets exactly as they are first rendered?

Thanks, smile:)

----No. "Ability to modify existing filters", is just making them and/or opening them up and altering them internally. All of the preset controls named on the filter's page (right hand column) will be able to be changed as usual per the demo.

Many thanks, jffe, that will suit my needs fine and I will now order.

I've been doing graphics and using plugins for a fair while, but I have to confess that wording did confuse me. Perhaps it needs slight rewriting?

Thanks again, Frank smile:)
