Hi I decided to look at the new festive discount and i think Ive found a bug in the pricing.
Its charging 19% for sales tax. Even with GPB set as currency and UK set are country. Vats only 17% in the uk. The sales form is over charging. Anyone else noticed? I make things go band! |

All customers in the European Union are charged the VAT rate of 19% applicable in Germany, because the registered office of Digital River GmbH (the company which processes our orders and payments) is in Germany.
To use the discounts from the Reward Program, you need to login on the website and go to the Your Reward Points section. Select your reward and complete the process. You will receive your discount coupon by email and will be able to enter it into the order form. P.S. Sorry for such a late reply. The forum can only provide irregular help. If you need urgent reply, it's better to contact us via the contact form at http://www.filterforge.com/contact/ |

Hi Bella thanks for getting back,
But I feel I need to inform you that the UK doesn’t pay European Vat rates regardless of where the European sales office is based ![]() The UK rate is 17.5% and under European and British law UK residence are not required to pay more than that. If you need to please contact your European sales representatives to fix the figure. And thanks for letting me know about the discount... If I redeem the current single coupon i have for high usage. Would i be able to put it back into the bank alter and if i get a second high use i can use them to claim the bigger bonus? I make things go band! |

I've taken this information from a webpage provided by Digital River. Unfortunately, this page doesn't seem to be available any more, so I cannot give you a link.
We'll need to inquire into it further. But no matter what the outcome of our inquiries will be, I'm afraid I won't able to help you more. It's not we who sets the amount of tax and I'm not sure about the technical means Digital River possesses to charge you a different amount of tax using the same order form. So, if you need further assistance, please contact the Digital River Customer Service. You can submit your question here. Also, there are phone numbers: Customer Service Europe Tel.: +49 221 31088-30 Fax: +49 221 31088-29 Customer service USA Tel.: +1 952 646-5022 or +1 800 406 4966 Fax: +1 952 646-4552 |

If I understand your question correctly, you mean to buy a copy of Filter Forge with a 20% discount (the reward for 1 High Usage filter), then claim a refund for it (?) and buy a copy with a 50% discount (the reward for 2 HU filters). If this is the correct scenario, the answer is -- NO, you cannot do this ![]() First, we don't refund purchases made with discounts obtained via the reward program. And second, if you spend your 1 Reward Point for a discount coupon, the Reward Point will be taken off your account, you will have none left. To get a bigger reward, you'll need to earn two or three more. I'd recommend that you read this page http://www.filterforge.com/more/freecopy.html about Reward Points and the Reward Program, or better still this forum thread http://www.filterforge.com/forum/read...5&TID=4054 |

I mean the link to the Digital River Customer Service (see my post above). Fixed it now.
share-it! is the name for the e-commerce service of Digital River GmbH. It's the company which processes our orders and payments. |
