I just saw that I have 1 high used filter. But how can I check if others were on high status, but then average?

I think once they go "high usage" that's where they stay.....but I could be mistaken..... Steve

FF states that they could lose their rank, but since it WAS highly used, then it still counts towards the "getting free license" thing.

It would be nice if some automated email could be sent out once something crosses the line to HU
The only way I found out about my HU filters was by going through "sort by popularity" and looking which ones of mine show up before page 10 (that seems to be the cut-off point)

You can just email FF, they'll tell you how many HU filters you have and even name them if you ask. It would be nice if ALL filters were ranked with a number and/or percentage though, just so people could tell where in the *average* field (usually the largest rating field) their filter was at the time. Ie = a filter might say average usage, and be 4 spots away from HU, or it could be 3 away from slipping to low usage, no way to tell unless you have 2 hours to wade through 97 popularity ranking pages ha-ha.

I believe the 'sort by popularity' is by number of downloads.....not necessarily high usage.... Steve

Apparently not.....go to page 10, and you will see every filter before that is HU, and every filter after is Average

-----Well, for now, eventually there'll be 30 or 40 pages of HU filters. It's not like there's a finite amount, it's just a level, that theoretically could be reached by all filters in time.

We are in the process of creating a notification system. Once your filter attains High Usage Rank, an email will be sent. It will tell you which filter is the winner, and also how many HU filters you've got, how many you've already spent for rewards, if any, and what rewards you can get.

Sounds like a great idea.....then you wouldn't have to go thru your filters one at a time to see where you stand..... Steve

Hi aa13~ Congrats on your HU!!! That's so exciting! I didn't know you had an HU... on my way now to go thru your filter list to find it and I'll drop a 'Congrats' in the comment thread for that filter~

Hi aa13x~
Don't be surprised by that~ It's my personal feeling that users don't like complex controls not named to the theme. A quick, fun and easy to use filter with one control... yes,,, can go HU. And when you do have more sliders keep them named easily and in tune with the theme of the filter... that's what I do.. or try to do. If the filter is fun, quick and easy to use... that's a good thing.
When your filter goes HU... that's the time the users are telling you what they like~ Also if they like one of your photo filters, it makes sense they will check out other filters you might have for photos... and also what other filters you offer in other category. In a sense you are building a fan base... they will remember they liked your filter and they will be back.
You are doing great aa13x!~ Keep up the good work~

Great advice. I'll be working on something right now .
Edit: Actually, I just finished it now. You'll all really enjoy this one. And guess what, it's full of cool names, and it only has one slider, and here's a hint... color picker. Actually, not really much of a hint. But anyways, I made a beefy filter, and everything is operated, again, just by one slider.
