As the headline says - try to build a radial blur (radial or circular) with the current toolset. I don't know if it is possible, but it just might - I'm currently thinking in the direction of first using a clever offset, then do a motion blur and afterwards try to revert the previous offset. But I haven't yet found the correct offset maps to achieve this.

Color values less than 0.5 (128) shift image to the left (for horizontal) or top (for vertical), more than 0.5 (128) to the right (for horizontal) or bottom (for vertical), while 0.5 leaves the sample at it's original place.

P.S. Explaining that was too easy, maybe you had something else in mind?

Hmmmm....Color values with offset? I didn't get It. How do I get to set the value 128? Where do I aplly It to shift horizontal, vertical as mentioned above.
