Free Music while you make or use FF :)

some of you are probably familiar with this site: http://www.pandora.com/ . this is an interesting concept and it's not a scam or pirated. it's a legitimate site. i've used it in the past and am using it again. i temporarily lost sight of it when i had my big computer crash. but i've re-found it now and am using it again.

this morning i typed in: Creedence Clearwater Revival and have been listening to a wide variety of Creedence and other related bands/artists/music. it's like streaming internet radio, no commercials, no popups, just music. it picks the songs, but they are based on your other selections.

i was also just a bit surprised to see that my old log-in was still good and that my 'stations' had been remembered. so, now i'm listening to my 'easy listening' station you can make up to 100 different 'stations' of your choice and share them with others using the service.

so, if you're doing a long stretch on the computer, making or using filters, or whatever, and want to listen to some music without having to download from imusic or some other pay service, this is great! and, it doesnt eat up your harddrive, since you're not saving anything to the drive.

I've used Pandora before when it wasn't US-only, and it was reasonably cool. My other main gripe had to do with it being limited to Internet Explorer, because my preferred browser is Firefox.
