I am using the Flatten Lightness Filter - I already posted my dismay that when I use a 1100 X 1450 pixel picture I can only save out a 550 X 725 pixel image - WHY???? And now when I say Seamless Tiling - it doesn't save out a tiled picture. Again WHY????? Am I only here to view images or to make artwork that I can use?????

Any assistance in these problems will be appreciated. Thanks.

What version of Filter Forge do you use? I use Filter Forge 10.
I tested an image with 1100 x 1450 size, and it correctly saved it as 1100 x 1450.
I also tested several filters that allowed Seamless Tiling, and the images are correctly saved as seamless.
What filter are you using that is giving you a mistake?

I just went in and tried again and it is working. Thank goodness. Not sure why it was confused before, but it was. I am guessing one needs to go in and out of the program a lot or it has problems???? Anyway, I am rather new at using this much, soooo.... here's to learning curves smile:) .

Yes, sometimes, it can happen with any program.
I suggest you, if you get a problem, to try closing Filter Forge and re-open it.
If the trouble continues, the cause could even not be Filter Forge, but some small error in your system. Restarting your computer may solve it.
