I had posted about this in the Moderator's thread about the Filter Forge Version 8 being released, but maybe I should post it as a new thread to get a quicker response.

Basically, my problem is, I haven't received my Version 8 Lifetime License Key as yet.

I've tried at least 3 or 4 times through the Contact form with no response, and I even tried "replying" to the email I received last year with my Version 7 Lifetime License Key.

Is there any way someone from your Support team could please send me my License Key. As a long time Filter Forge User, I would greatly appreciate a prompt reply to this request.

Miss_B, we have sent you three or four emails but you don't seem to receive them. Please check your spam folder and set your mail server not to block incoming mails from the filterforge.com domain.

I check my spam folders all the time, and have never found anything in them. I'm just wondering now which email you've been sending it to. I had no problem receiving notification of your post here on the forum, but the email I have here for my account on the Filter Forge forums isn't the same as the one I received my Version 7 Lifetime License Key email last year.

I do receive emails through that particular email address, as it's associated with my PayPal account, and I receive emails from them through that email address regularly, so if that's the email used to send me my Version 8 License Key, then I don't know what's going on, but I will investigate, and let you know what I come up with.

OK, I just checked my email's spamBlocker Blocked Sender List, and Filter Forge is NOT on the list. I also double-checked my Address Book, and 2 or 3 Filter Forge addresses are listed, so I'm at a loss as to why I'm not receiving the emails.

Unfortunately, I don't do social networking of any kind, so don't have a Facebook account.

Is it possible for you to email it to me at the email address I use here on the forums? I'm having no problems getting emails generated when you've responded here on the forum.

I'm having pretty much the exact same scenario. Not getting emails except Forum Post notifications. I submitted a ticket, but if there is a better, more sure way, I'm all in! Please advise. Loving what I see in the new version though!

Thank you GMM, I received the email at the email address I use here on the forums. It's the same email address through which I get general Filter Forge emails, so I'm very happy that you were able to send me my License Key through this email address.

Now my question is, is there some way to change the email information on my non-forum account so that I'm sent my License Key each year through this email? If so, it would be greatly appreciated.

I tried to get a new serial off helpdesk but they won't do anything, I gave them the original receipt for the lifetime and just say it's not in their database, and yet they sent me the serial for 7 last time. How can they not have me in the database. So some help would be appreciated.

midnight_stories, this is perfectly possible since the software is sold thru multiple resellers, and only one of them - Shareit/MyCommerce - share their order information with us. In all other cases we don't have your order info and you should contact the reseller instead.
If you bought your license via Shareit/MyCommerce, please provide your order number.

Well there are other ways to get this I can see you are not willing to help, I'm entitled to it, you gave me the upgrade last year no questions asked, and now all of a sudden you conveniently get rid of me from your database. You people were the one's who offered the lifetime license not some other site, so it's your responsibility to maintain that license as you did last year.
