Installing on a new hard drive. Windows 10, 64bit, Photoshop cc 2019.
I have filter forge 6. Is it compatible with the above configuration? I cannot get PS to recognize the plugin. Do I need to move files to the plugin folder? |

It is not compatible. Here is the list of host versions supported by FF 6:

How about FF7? I just recently resubscribed to CC and I am unable to get the FF7 installer to allow anything other than the stand alone version to install. It worked with Photoshop 2018 but doesn't seem to want to with the 2019 version.

FF7 is already a bit outdated. It doesn't support CC 2019 but FF8 does.

Perhaps the appropriate thing to do for your loyal customers would be to update FF7 so that it would work as a plug in with PS 2019. Every third party plug in I use ... about half a dozen ... still work with PS 2019 except Filter Forge 7. Not fixing this issue greatly reduces the value of Filter Forge to me and probably lots of others.
