Would this help to solve the SPAM problem in FF Forum and help GMM?

Hello, I have just registered in the Houdini SideFx forum and I have seen this message shown in the screenshot, and I think that maybe this could be used here in the FF forum and I wonder if this would help to solve the SPAM problem in FF Forum and help GMM?

I know that there are many NEW users that only make a new account to post lots of SPAM posts in different threads, and then GMM must spend the time to delete each one by one, and this may be easy for for a few, but have seen that many times have published a LOT if them at once

So, if the first few posts are controlled by GMM and not published until they are reviewed and confirm are really true posts, they will not appear here in the forum.

I do not know nothing about forum software, so I do not know if this is possible or not, I just want to help
