I sent in an upgrade request (pro 6 from Daz 3D to pro 7) quite a few days ago (around Sunday the 14th iirc), and still have yet to receive a response. I've checked my spam folder and found nothing. I even tried submitting it again just in case I typed something wrong, but I still haven't received a response and i'm worried i'll end up missing out on the discount.
How long does it usually take for them to respond to an upgrade request? Do we get a response even if it's declined? |

All upgrade requests are processed within one business day, and at the moment we have no outstanding requests to process. If you haven't received anything your message didn't reach us for some reason. Please try again or contact the support team.

Right, i've just sent another request, this time using Chrome. I'm wondering if maybe one or more of my Firefox addons might be interfering.

Ok, unfortunately i've still received no response, even when using a different browser to send the request. Looks like i'm gonna have to contact the support team.
EDIT: Quick question. How will I know that support got my message successfully? I mean, if i'm having trouble sending upgrade requests, i'm worried I might also have trouble sending customer support messages. |

The support team did receive your email yesterday. Unfortunately it contained no identifying information, so we asked for details and haven't heard back, as of now.
It is possible your mail server doesn't accept mail from filterforge.com. You can try emailing us from another address. |
