Purchasing FF

I've tried several times to purchase Filter Forge.
I'm about to give up.
Every time I try I get a 'there are no items in your....' error.
Huh?
What am I doing wrong?

Sorry to hear about your issue but I'm afraid it doesn't belong here. We don't sell Filter Forge directly and have no control over different resellers' shopping carts. Please contact the reseller from whom you're purchasing.

Hmmmmmmm. I'm using the FF site aren't I? I clicked on the Buy tab above. I was of the belief that I was purchasing directly from FF.

I contacted FF, again from this site, (see Contact tab above two to the right of the Buy tab), they have replied in an attempt to help.

Yes, this is the official FF site and the official FF forum but we don't sell directly. Links on the Buy tab above point to our authorized reseller, ShareIt/MyCommerce - please pay attention to the URL in the address bar.

Sorry. But I'm JUST a user. I come to the FF web site.See the BUY tab and click on it. For all I know it's an authorised/Filter Forge web/shopping site. Name changes mean nothing now days. Go to any number of software sites and you will see that the final sale is done buy xyz company. For all intent and purpose this is a FF web site selling FF.
I am paying attention and resent your attitude/approach to a simple request.

1. It possible something with your browser is causing the problem, can you try a different browser and see if works?

2. Check security settings of the browser. Make sure it is accepting cookies.

3. The firewall/antivirus may be an issue. As a last resort (only if you have tried the others first), temporarily disable it and try to make the purchase.

I found a solution> I simply found a third party supplier. And got a bigger discount. So all's well that ends well. But just a warning to those trying to buy through this site ...........
