Someone must have marked our emails as spam, and now we are on the blacklist with Microsoft (Hotmail/Outlook.com/MSN.com) and Comcast. This means Microsoft and Comcast users won't receive their license keys and replies from the support team.
While we're looking for ways to remove ourselves from the blacklist please use a more resilient mail service (like Gmail) to contact us. We'd also appreciate if paying Comcast customers complain to their ISP.
